Folding Made Easy

We all get those days where everything is a rush and don't have the time to fold our laundry properly. We fold it in a rush, put it in the closet and three weeks later end up having to take everything out to fold it properly because we made such a mess of things. Not just that, you find that you have to start ironing your clothes because, well, they got all wrinkled in that mess of a thing that you call a closet. Before you get into a mess again, you’ll need to get these things to make your own folding board:

  • 2 pieces of 20-inch by 30-inch foam board (you can pick it up at the Dollar store for, yes, $1), or you could use cardboard
  • Heavy duty tape
  • Box cutter
  • Ruler
  • Marker/Pen

How to make it:

You’ll need to cut out 3 panels for your T-shirt folding board; each panel will have to be 10 inches wide. Label your panels A, B, and C.

Mark panel A 12 inches down from the top and cut it out, mark the extra piece D.

Put panel A in the middle, then put panel B and C on either side, tape the panels together. Put Panel D under A and tape the two panels together.

Put your T-shirt on the board.

Bend panel C, then panel B, and then panel D. T-shirt folded perfectly!

Do you need an extra bend?

Mark panel D 6 inches from the bottom, and cut that piece out, label it panel E. Then, tape the pieces together.

Put your T-shirt on the board, bend panel C, then panel, B, then panel E, and finally Panel D. Smaller fold and perfect!

No need to spend ages on folding when it can be this easy!
